Shep has spent decades building and modernizing technology solutions for organizations in the nonprofit, higher education, and healthcare sectors. As a Solutions Architect at Blackbaud and later Senior Director of CRM Services at Zuri Group, he led complex system implementations for some of the country’s largest mission-driven organizations. He founded Wekiva in 2023 to bring that same depth of expertise to nonprofits in a more focused, senior-led model.
