His journey into the realm of software engineering commenced in 2005 at a small tax software firm, where he delved into the intricacies of ASP.NET and SQL, sparking a fervor for crafting expansive, multi-tier applications.

Fast forward to 2010, and Chris found himself at Blackbaud, where he not only wrote code but also undertook project management responsibilities. His interactions with clients involved navigating complex requirements, showcasing his adeptness in the dynamic intersection of technology and client needs. Post-Blackbaud, Chris took on roles as a solutions architect and subject matter expert for Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Internet Solutions in various nonprofit organizations. His standing as a leading technical authority in the Blackbaud ecosystem is evident through sustained contributions and enduring partnerships with clients. Having led software engineering teams for over six years, Chris consistently enriches his management toolkit.
